ChicagoFIRST Celebrates 25 Members as Goldman Sachs Joins Organization CHICAGO, IL — (MARKET WIRE) — November 13, 2006 — ChicagoFIRST announced today the addition ofits newest member, Goldman Sachs, which becomes the 25th member to join theorganization since its inception in 2003. Goldman Sachs joins 24 otherpremier financial services institutions
in the Chicago region that compriseChicagoFIRST, including banks; securities, futures, and optionsorganizations; and insurance companies.

ChicagoFIRSTcontinues to expand its business continuity initiatives and public sectorrelationships, including those with the U.S. Departments of the Treasuryand Homeland Security, currently working on exercise initiatives with bothagencies.
