Ericsson joins Business Leaders Initiative on Human Rights STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN — (MARKET WIRE) — November 29, 2006 —

Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC) today announced it has joined The BusinessLeaders Initiative on Human Rights (BLIHR).

This business-led initiative is designed to help lead and develop thecorporate response to human rights. BLIHR

aims to find practicalapplications for the aspirations of the Universal Declaration ofHuman Rights within a business context, and to inspire otherbusinesses to do likewise.

Ericsson is the 13th company to join BLIHR and the move re-enforcesEricsson’s longstanding commitment to human rights and corporateresponsibility activities.

Henry Sténson, Ericsson’s Senior Vice President, Communications,says: “As one of the first companies to support the United NationsGlobal Compact, Ericsson has a proactive approach to environmental,social and ethical issues.
