(PINKSHEETS: LKRV) announced today that it has entered formal negotiations with TheShores Treatment and Recovery Center, Inc., a fully operational recoveryfacility located just steps from the shores of Newport Beach. Theagreement would allow LTR to bring its marketing network strength andcutting edge operations to the facility to bolster occupancy levels andmaximize operating revenues.

The Shores Treatment and Recovery Center is a treatment facility for peoplerecovering from substance abuse including drug and alcohol addiction. Thecenter’s location in the tranquil seaside setting of Newport Beach is veryconducive to the recovery process and meets the facility criteria set bythe LTR Services Group.
