Platinum’s new board of directors is composed of seven prominent businessleaders, including: Thomas G. Plaskett, serving as chairman of the board;John T. (Cork) Jaeger, Jr., serving as director, president and chiefexecutive officer; T. Allan McArtor, Dr. Michael McMillan, Arnold I. Burns,Ben DuPont and Theodore J. Brombach.

Cork Jaeger, a co-founding shareholder of Platinum Research Organization,will retain his position as president and CEO.
